Project eMerge is going live with Phase 1 on August 27th, 2012. Thank you to all our users who participated in training and our partners around the City for their support in bringing this new application to this point! Project eMerge's Phase 2 will begin in 2013.

What is Project eMerge?

Project eMerge will provide improved Human Resources, Benefits Administration and Payroll services to the active, retired, and future workforce of the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) through the implementation of Oracle's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.0 system. We are calling this system eMerge PeopleSoft.
